The Presidential Ballroom
The Presidential Ballroom is the largest of our four event spaces. The Ballroom features the Gibson Foyer, the perfect location to host your cocktail reception prior to dinner. Unique to the Westin is our light wall where you can display special photos or simply add a splash of color to the décor. Following cocktails, your guests will enter our spectacular ballroom and prepare to enjoy our fabulous Westin cuisine.

The Fountain Room
With floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of historic Fountain Square and the city's skyline, the Fountain Room creates a one-of-a-kind venue for your memorable day. Bring the outside inside with our contemporary décor enhanced by the lights on Fountain Square - a dazzling backdrop for the wedding of your dreams.

The Taft Ballroom
Surrounded by a cozy balcony overlooking Fountain Square, the Taft Ballroom's hexagon-shape provides the perfect setting for an intimate wedding reception. When the sun sets, the blend of the lights from the Square coupled with softly lit votives around the room provides an unforgettably romantic setting.

The Tyler Davidson Room
